3.1. We use Third Party payment processors, includingStripe, and PayPal. The Third Party processor will bill you through a paymentaccount linked to your account.
3.2. The processing of payments is subjects to the Terms andConditions and Privacy Policies of the Payment Processor, in addition to thisAgreement. Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms andConditions and Privacy Policies of our Third Party payment processors.
3.3. Fees pertaining to Third Party Services may be subjectto different refund, replacement and cancellation policies to those described us.
3.4 No order has been accepted by us until payment has been processed.
4.1. We may update this Agreement. We will always displaythe most recent version on our site.
4.2. If an update is likely to effect you or your rights, wewill notify you by displaying a notice on our homepage.
4.3. By continuing to use or access the Services after anymodifications come into effect, you agree to the updated Agreement.
4.4. If you disagree with our changes, you should stop using our Services and cancel any Paid Services.
5.1. We are not in breach of this Agreement or liable to you if there is a failure of performance resulting from a circumstance or event that is beyond our reasonable control. This includes natural disaster, fire, act of government or state regulation, war, terrorism, inability to communicate with a Third Party, failure of a computer or technological difficulty, failure of delay in transmission of digital files or communications, failure of any interest service provider, strike or industrial action that is beyond our reasonable control.
6.1. We reserve the right to refuse service to any order, person or entity, without an obligation to provide a reason for doing so. We may at any time change or discontinue any aspect or feature of our website or Services, subject to us fulfilling our previous responsibilities to you based on acceptance of your payment.
7.1. This Agreement is written in English. If it is translated into other languages, the English version will be used except where prohibited by law.

This End User License Agreement is a binding legal agreement between you and GLDN Studio. Purchase, installation, or use or any GLDN Studio product signifies that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

The Terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refers to GLDN Studio. Theterms “user,” “you,” and “your” refer to customers of GLDN Studio’s products.
GLDN Studio provides digital design products (WebsiteTemplates, Plugins, Stock Photos and Mockups, Design Templates and Workbooks).
WE DO NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT SUCH DELIVERABLES WILL CREATE ANY ADDITIONAL PROFITS, SALES, EXPOSURE, BRAND RECOGNITION, OR THE LIKE.DESIGNER HAS NO RESPONSIBILITY TO CLIENT IF THE DELIVERABLES DO NOT LEAD TO CLIENT’S DESIRED RESULT(S).
You agree to indemnify and hold GLDN Studio harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the templates or this website. GLDNStudio reserves the right to change the Terms of Service without notice. GLDN Studio shall not be liable to you or any third party should we exercise our right to modify, suspend, limit or discontinue any feature of our products or services. Use of the themes and this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of England and Wales, in any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to the use of this website or themes. If any provision of the Terms of Service is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.

- Purchasing a template grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-seat license (1 template purchase = 1 website). If you would to use the template to build additional websites, you must purchase additional licenses.
- You may purchase a template to use in a single client project. You must purchase an individual license for each client.
- You may make changes to the template to suit your needs.
- You may not, under any circumstances, duplicate a website template.
- You may not share, sell, or resell the template or any of its components.
- You may not share or sell any CSS or JS code supplied in the template, or use it on any other website.
- Our templates are building blocks for customers to customise in the appropriate way. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their website adheres to any copyright, data protection, or accessibility laws that applies to them. GLDN Studio will not be held liable if the customer’s website does not meet applicable rules, laws, or regulations.
We welcome the use of our templates for your creative projects and work with clients. However, we ask that you respect our intellectual property by not claiming the design as your own. If you are using a template for a client project, you must retain our credit and a link to GLDN Studio. Proper credit can be given by adding a link to GLDN Studio in the website footer (with a statement such as Website/Template by GLDN Studio). You may add your own credit, or credit multiple collaborations, alongside our credit. If you are not creating a site for a client (for example, if you are using it for your own business or personal work) you may remove our credit.
- You understand that our website templates are only compatible with the platform specified in the product specifications.
- After purchase, your template will be installed, and an access link will be sent to the email address provided at the checkout. You can use this link to access your template right away. Template installation may take up to three working days.
- Please note that your purchase includes the design template only, and does not include template customisation (unless purchasing with a set-up package), a domain, a hosting subscription, third party integrations, copy, imagery, SEO, or any other fees.
- Our website templates are non-tangible digital goods. WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS NON-RETURNABLE INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ALL WEBSITE TEMPLATES, SOCIAL MEDIA TEMPLATES, ORANY OTHER INTANGIBLE PRODUCTS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If GLDN Studio does determine, in it’s sole discretion, that a “return” may be appropriate for any intangible products from gldnstudio.co.uk or gldnstuido.shop, including again website templates, social media templates, calligraphy brushes, planners, etc, GLDNStudio, you expressly recognise and agree that you’re asking for a refund on a product that you already have. Therefore, you also EXPRESSLY AGREE AND UNDERSTAND THAT IF GLDN Studio FEELS GENEROUS ENOUGH TO ALLOW YOU A“RETURN”, THEY MAY CHARGE A TWENTY PERCENT (20%) FEE (the “Penalty Fee”) IN ADDITION TO THE PRICE OF EACH ITEM THAT THEY CAN PROVE YOU HAVE EITHER DOWNLOADED, UNZIPPED, OR VIEWED. If you do wish to return a previously-purchased intangible item and wish to incur the Penalty Fee, you must contact GLDN Studio, within five (5) calendar days, and the Parties will enter into a separate Agreement.
- If a purchase is made through use of a payment plan, all parts of the payment plan must be paid. If a payment is unpaid, we reserve the right to revoke access to your website template.
- Our website template are provided “as is” and without warranty, expressed or implied. They may not function exactly as you wish, nor work with all 3rd party plugins. You acknowledge that this is at your risk, and you assume responsibility for any and all costs associated with necessary servicing or repairs of equipment you use in combination with our website templates.
- In no event will we be held liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
- Some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion ofcertain warranties. Nothing in this section should be construed as excluding or limiting any warranty beyond what is permissible under applicable law.
- We offer a 30 business day technical support period that starts from the day the template access link is sent to your email address.Within this period, you are entitled to a reasonable amount of support — the definition of which will be determined by us at our sole discretion.
- We aim to respond to questions within 72 hours during business days, but this may be longer for more technical problems or during busy periods.
- We do not offer support with: design strategy, compatibility with third-party plugins, issues from modifications of custom code or functionality, or service or hosting configurations.
- After 30 working days, we will transfer site ownership to you, and free support will be no longer be available, except under certain circumstances and if the support needed is minimal. We reserve the right to judge this on a case by case basis.
- When your technical support period has ended, we can still offer support but a charge will be incurred. We will estimate the cost of the tasks beforehand.
- It is your responsibility to use the demonstration templates provided to test browser compatibility. We cannot guarantee that our templates will work in all browsers.
-Due to the nature of the product and customisations, you understand and approve that it can take up to 3 months for an open date for customisation. We do our best to get you in sooner and will try to do that if booked out far in the future.
- You understand any other reason for failure to start the project on the agreed start date, may incur a fee.

- Our kits are building blocks for customers to customise in the appropriate way. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their website adheres to any copyright, data protection, or accessibility laws that applies to them. GLDN Studio will not be held liable if the customer’s website does not meet applicable rules, laws, or regulations.
- It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have full ownership or a license to commercially use any content supplied to us. For example, the client must have a web font license for any fonts provided, and ownership or a license to use any images provided. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that any text is free from plagiarism.
- Semi-custom brands receive ONE (1) revision on their overall brand. Additional revisions are billed hourly at £111/hr and invoice shall be paid prior to final files being sent. Customer agrees that once the brand overview is APPROVED, any revisions or changes beyond that point are billed separately.
- All the deliverables advertised at time of purchase.

- We are not liable for customer delays. Customers must respond to us, provide content, and answer questionnaires, in a timely manner.
- If the customer does not respond to us within 30 days, the project will be put on hold and the customer will be notified. To re-open the project the customer must pay a fee of 200 USD. Re-opening the project is subject to our availability.
- GLDN Studio is an independent contractor, not an employee of the Client. We are solely responsible for all taxes, withholdings, insurance, and any other obligations that may apply to an independent contractor.
- Use the images without crediting us — though we appreciate it when you do! You can tag us in your creations @GLDN Studio.
- Use images for personal or business use, online and in print.
- Use the images as many times as you like, personally and professionally — for example, for your business website and social media. For client use, we ask that your client has their own license. They can purchase themselves, or you can purchase a license on their behalf.
- Use the images to create content such as opt-in content or workbooks. The images must be flattened as part of the design and must not be amain component of the product/download.
- Edit the images – add filters, crop, and overlay the image with text.
- Use the stock photos or mock-ups commercially, for example, to present a product, whether for sale or offered for free, as long as the product does not exceed 500 sales. If sales exceed this amount, please get in touch so we can discuss license options.
- Claim the stock photos or mock-ups as your own. GLDNStudio owns the rights to the images, and you agree to use the images in the ways outlined in these terms.
- Sell, loan, transfer, give away, or otherwise allow a third party to use the stock photos or mock-ups in any way.
- Use the images for clients and customers unless they purchase their own license, or you purchase a license of their behalf.
- Create derivative products from the images and sell them.For example, you cannot use a stock photo to create mugs or prints, even if the image is edited or has a text overlay.
- Use our stock photos or mock-ups to create derivative or competitive products such as mock-ups or templates.
- Use the images to promote or sell other stock photography products, services, or resources.
- Use images to create branding or logos to re-sell.
- Use the images to promote illegal activity or pornography.
- Our website templates are non-tangible digital goods. Purchasing a Photoshop or Canva template grants you anon-exclusive, non-transferable, single-seat license. You may not share, sell, or resell this template in any way. You may use the template for yourself and up to 1 client project. If using for additional client projects, please purchase an additional license (1 license = 1 project). You may remove creditor references to GLDN Studio.
- Our website templates are non-tangible digital goods. WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS NON-RETURNABLE INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ALL WEBSITE TEMPLATES, SOCIAL MEDIA TEMPLATES, ORANY OTHER INTANGIBLE PRODUCTS.
