You may:
• Use the image without crediting us — though we appreciate it when you do! You can tag us in your creations @gldnstudio.
• Use the image for personal or business use, online and in print.
• Use the image as many times as you like, personally and professionally — for example, for your business website and social media. For client use, we ask that your client has their own license. They can purchase themselves, or you can purchase a license on their behalf.
• Use the image to create content such as opt-in content or workbooks. The images must be flattened as part of the design and must not be a main component of the product/download.
• Edit the image – add filters, crop, and overlay the image with text.
• Use the image commercially, for example, to present a product, whether for sale or offered for free, as long as the product does not exceed 500 sales. If sales exceed this amount, please get in touch so we can discuss license options.
There are a few ways you CANNOT use this image.
You cannot:
• Claim the image as your own. GLDN Studio owns the rights to the images, and you agree to use the images in the ways outlined in these terms.
• Sell, loan, transfer, give away, or otherwise allow a third party to use the stock photos or mockups in any way.
• Use the image for clients and customers unless they purchase their own license, or you purchase a license of their behalf.
• Create derivative products from the images and sell them. For example, you cannot use a stock photo to create mugs or prints, even if the image is edited or has a text overlay.
• Use the image create derivative or competitive products such as mockups or templates.
• Use the image to promote or sell other stock photography products, services, or resources.
• Use image to create branding or logos to re-sell.
• Use the image to promote illegal activity or pornography.
